Caring Moms Community ("we," "us," "our") is a local home services referral community based in Porter Ranch, California. We connect homeowners in Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, Northridge, and Chatsworth with independent professional cleaning service providers in the San Fernando Valley.
Caring Moms Community is not a cleaning company. All cleaning and home services are performed by independent professional service providers. We do not employ, direct, or control service professionals.
You may use caringmoms.org solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only after you receive direct confirmation from us by phone or email. We will contact you at the phone number or email address you provide within a few hours of your submission during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm PT).
Pricing is provided as an estimate based on the information you submit. Final pricing is confirmed before any service begins. We do not charge your card or collect payment through this website — payment arrangements are made directly with your service provider.
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50, at the discretion of the service provider.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service performed, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a re-clean of any disputed areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to standard and deep cleaning services and does not cover damage claims (see Section 7).
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Caring Moms Community and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Caring Moms Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any services arranged through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Service providers are independent contractors. While all service providers in our network are background-checked, Caring Moms Community is not responsible for property damage or personal injury caused by a service provider during the course of service. Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
