Move-in / move-out cleaning questions

How much does a move-out cleaning cost?

Move-in / move-out cleaning is priced by property size and condition. We provide a custom quote when you book — typically starting around $280 for a small 1-bedroom and increasing with home size. Call (747) 217-1927 or submit our booking form and we'll give you a firm price before we arrive.

Does the property need to be empty?

Ideally yes — an empty property allows us to clean thoroughly inside closets, cabinets, and all corners that are blocked by furniture. If the property still has some items, let us know when you book so we can adjust our scope and timing.

Will this pass a landlord inspection?

We clean to a "ready for inspection" standard — inside appliances, cabinet interiors, baseboards, and all surfaces. Most of our clients get their deposits back after our move-out clean. If a specific item is missed, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address it at no charge.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 3–5 days before your move-out date. Move-in / move-out cleans are time-sensitive and our schedule fills up, especially on weekends and end-of-month dates.
